Requirements
- Advanced medical degree (MD or equivalent) with subspecialty training in hematology/oncology.
- 6+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or academic clinical development.
- Proven experience participating in clinical development programs across multiple stages of trials.
- Strong understanding of global clinical study design and the drug development lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
- Experience supporting clinical development policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate across clinical operations, biometrics, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory functions.
- Experience working with global colleagues, external vendors, and investigators.
- Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and strategic leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to clinical development strategy and execution for hematology and oncology programs.
- Develop, author, and review key clinical documents including protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory submissions.
- Partner with clinical operations and cross-functional teams to support successful trial implementation and execution.
- Provide medical and scientific guidance to investigators, study sites, health authorities, and CROs.
- Review, analyze, and interpret clinical trial data to provide clear recommendations.
- Support investigator and vendor selection while building relationships with key opinion leaders and academic collaborators.
- Organize and participate in advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific presentations.
- Conduct competitive assessments, clinical strategy development, and risk-benefit evaluations.
