Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services experience.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Experience presenting marketing performance reports directly to clients.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently explain complex marketing concepts to non-technical business owners.
- Highly organized and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned law firm clients.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Schedule, lead, and document recurring client strategy meetings.
- Analyze website performance and digital marketing data (SEO, PPC, social media).
- Translate marketing data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Web Development teams.
- Manage project timelines and ensure client deliverables remain on schedule.
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns.
- Identify opportunities for additional services that align with client goals.
