Requirements
- One to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate's degree related to training, education, or production agriculture required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to operate various audio-visual equipment is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the delivery of crop insurance-related content to customers in an assigned territory.
- Manages and services an assigned training territory in conjunction with the field sales, underwriting, and claims teams.
- Designs and develops content to be used in training initiatives relating to software applications, processes, and insurance products.
- Delivers training presentations to internal and external audiences on a regular basis, both in-person and via webinar.
- Performs needs analysis reviews and collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) on objectives and course content.
- Applies adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.
- Manages small to medium projects to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
