Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, and defining user requirements.
- Proficiency in application configuration, operating systems, and databases.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical system specifications.
- Experience in change management practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical, logical, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for coordinating with vendors and clinical staff.
- Knowledge of interface design and connectivity between disparate applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical and non-technical solutions by gathering and evaluating business data and existing systems.
- Manage conversion and operational support planning for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Act as a liaison between clinical business units and the IT organization to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Provide expert advisory support for the symplr platform and related healthcare software.
- Develop project plans including scope, resources, schedules, and budget estimates.
- Configure, test, and maintain assigned applications while ensuring system availability and data integrity.
- Analyze clinical operations to identify automation opportunities and perform feasibility studies.
