Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading or coaching PMs.
- Strong product discovery craft and a track record of helping teams make better product decisions.
- Experience leading or partnering closely with Product Design.
- Experience working closely with engineering in technically complex SaaS environments.
- Comfort working in an AI-first product environment.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring clarity without over-process.
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with complex workflows, domain models, and customer ecosystems.
- Coaching-oriented leadership style rooted in trust, clarity, curiosity, and high standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Product organization by coaching Product Managers and Designers.
- Own the commercial case for the roadmap and define business outcomes alongside leadership.
- Strengthen product discovery using empowered teams and continuous discovery practices.
- Partner deeply with Engineering to ensure shared domain understanding and outcome-based delivery.
- Integrate Product Design into the organization to ensure cohesive, human-centered user experiences.
- Translate high-level company strategy into focused execution, team missions, and measurable outcomes.
- Build decision frameworks and roadmap practices that align the organization without creating bureaucracy.
