Requirements
- 9+ years in product management at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Proven experience owning at least one product from 0-to-1, end to end
- Demonstrated ability to ship products that customers actively use
- Strong product instincts with design sensibility
- Fluency in leading customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into product direction
- Experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops for product performance
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or building with modern AI tools
- Bias to action and rapid iteration over process and perfection
- Background in BI, analytics, or data platforms preferred
- Founder/co-founder backgrounds encouraged
- Proptech, multifamily, or real estate experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the AI Business Intelligence product line end to end — from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption
- Decide where models belong in the experience and where they don’t
- Ship fast by writing specs, designing workflows, building prototypes, and working side-by-side with designers and engineers
- Design evaluation frameworks to systematically measure output quality, analyze answer patterns, and improve performance
- Define and validate guardrails for safe, explainable, and trustworthy output
- Shape the underlying data foundation, including normalization and data requirements
- Stand up weekly customer feedback loops with key accounts across operators, asset managers, and ownership groups
