Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products in production.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features end-to-end, from problem definition through model deployment and evaluation.
- Experience managing or mentoring AI engineers or data engineers directly.
- Strong technical fluency including the ability to read API docs and evaluate model outputs.
- Strong data engineering fluency including reasoning about pipelines, schemas, data quality, and infrastructure.
- Experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt design, RAG architectures, and document intelligence.
- Track record of shipping AI features quickly with a bias for learning through production deployment.
- Proficiency in writing product specs and presenting to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience.
- Strong data-driven prioritization discipline.
Responsibilities
- Own AI product strategy and roadmap across document intelligence, workflow automation, and data-driven decisioning.
- Manage AI and data engineers, setting direction, removing blockers, and developing the team.
- Ensure deep AI integration into the mortgage Point of Sale platform for both borrower and loan officer experiences.
- Coordinate across AI and data engineering teams to design, scope, and ship production systems at speed.
- Manage vendor and model evaluations against cost, performance, and build vs. buy considerations.
- Define and implement feature intake and prioritization processes.
