Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Deep passion and curiosity for AI systems and modern LLMs.
- Track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture and API design.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis for hypothesis validation.
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example in platform standards.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform and drive execution.
- Manage the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot team.
- Lead OpenAI relationship and Jerry presence in the ChatGPT store.
- Evaluate emerging technologies like voicebot and computer use for potential investment.
- Learn and optimize existing prompt engineering workflows across various tech stacks.
- Drive architectural decisions for the future state of the AI platform.
