Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, including agency or multi-client work.
- At least 1+ year of deep SEO technical experience.
- 3+ years leading strategy for enterprise or high-growth ecommerce brands.
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Proven history mentoring team members.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GBP, and GMC.
- Experience with SEO platforms: SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with content optimization tools like SurferSEO, Frase, or MarketMuse.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools: Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Interest in ongoing education regarding GEO, AI Optimizations, and LLM Optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead keyword research, site audits, content strategy, and campaign planning across assigned clients.
- Develop multi-month strategic plans that demonstrate exceptional foresight and prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, developers, and technical SEO teams to maintain site health.
- Create and present performance reports leveraging first-party and third-party data to tell a cohesive story of performance.
- Provide executive-level strategy during client planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Lead training sessions on AI, GEO, Technical SEO, and Content Strategy.
- Develop agency-wide SEO frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Mentor Strategists and Specialists while elevating the overall quality of deliverables.
