Requirements
- Four or more years of professional SEO experience.
- At least two years of experience supporting multi-location or multi-market websites.
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including ability to diagnose rendering issues and collaborate with developers.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience managing the technical SEO requirements of at least one website migration.
- Demonstrated ability to connect SEO initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as leads and conversions.
- Ability to interpret crawl reports.
- Experience with local search and citation management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional marketing and web teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage local search performance and citation strategy across 15 markets, including Google Business Profiles and internal linking.
- Lead technical SEO strategy, planning, and documentation for website migrations and ongoing crawl/index health.
- Expand firm visibility across AI-powered search platforms like Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
- Identify content gaps and develop a keyword map focused on family law topics by state and market.
- Monitor and report SEO performance metrics including impressions, clicks, and consultations using Google Search Console, GA4, and HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Web leadership to align technical and organic growth priorities.
