Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
- At least 5 years of banking or credit experience with a solid understanding of lending policies.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Experience in business development, relationship management, or financial services sales.
- Experience developing and executing business plans and managing a geographic territory.
- Strong consultative selling, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial lending, banking products, and financial services.
- Excellent presentation skills for small and large groups.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and expand advisor and referral relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
- Promote banking products, services, and advice to increase adoption and sales effectiveness.
- Consult with advisors to demonstrate the value of coordinated lending, deposit, insurance, and investment solutions.
- Develop and deliver tailored business proposals, cases, and analyses.
- Collaborate with wealth, insurance, and group representatives to expand market opportunities.
- Provide consultative guidance and identify appropriate financial solutions for customer needs.
- Contribute market insights and customer feedback to drive service and product innovation.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with advisors and stakeholders.
