Requirements

- At least 2 years focused on growth or product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.
- Strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to navigate dashboards to uncover business insights.
- Practical experience with AI agents and LLMs.
- Demonstrated ability in prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and user experience principles.
- Structured thinking with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching ventures or managing full lifecycle growth.
Responsibilities
- Own activation, retention, and monetization for Easyship’s SMB merchant base.
- Support roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with strategic goals.
- Leverage ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize the roadmap.
- Manage delivery of features from idea to release and measure their success.
- Collaborate with global functional teams including design, data analytics, engineering, and logistics.
- Gain deep understanding of warehouse operations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to drive growth and retention improvements.
