Requirements
- 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally including creation tools, editors, or content surfaces.
- Deep experience with content creation online.
- Data-informed decision-making and strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization abilities.
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to build foundations rather than just features.
- Strong AI fluency, with daily use of AI tools in workflow.
- Proven ability to partner closely with design on craft and visual quality.
- Effective cross-functional influence and collaboration without formal authority.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own key product surfaces end-to-end, including email editors, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify product opportunities and ship features that serve hundreds of thousands of creators.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales to align product strategy with go-to-market efforts.
- Establish a product vision and roadmap that scales to support a massive subscriber base.
- Define success metrics and drive progress across the organization for the core publishing platform.
