Requirements
- 6-9+ years of experience in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally including creation tools, editors, or content/publishing surfaces.
- Deep experience with content creation online.
- Strong product judgment, prioritization, and systems thinking skills.
- Data-informed decision-making and quantitative analysis capabilities.
- Strong AI fluency, with comfort using AI tools daily and evaluating their impact.
- Ability to partner closely with design to drive vision, craft, and visual polish.
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence and collaboration without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with publishing or content creation tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own core product surfaces end-to-end, including email editors, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify product opportunities and ship features that impact hundreds of thousands of creators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.
- Develop a product vision and strategy for the publishing platform and align the company on progress.
- Partner with design to ensure high visual quality and craft in product experiences.
- Measure product impact and ensure success metrics are tracked and met.
