Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years experience owning a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems-level product.
- Technical depth in Windows architecture and macOS system extensions.
- Understanding of trade-offs between Endpoint Security and Network Extension frameworks.
- Background in shipping endpoint security, monitoring/management agents, or OS-level tools.
- Proven ability to think in outcomes and define clear product KPIs.
- Experience managing security trade-offs like visibility versus privacy and tamper protection versus usability.
- Experience using AI tools for prototyping and pressure-testing concepts.
- Excellent writing skills for creating PRDs, decision memos, and engineering-facing specifications.
- Experience working in distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the agent roadmap across Windows, macOS, and Linux, balancing customer demand, platform modernization, and security hardening.
- Develop the endpoint layer of AI Usage Control to detect local AI activity and offline models invisible to network-based tools.
- Translate business vision from executives and customers into coherent technical roadmaps and engineering specifications.
- Ensure endpoint agents remain invisible to users, tamper-resistant, and highly reliable for enterprise deployments.
- Manage performance, battery consumption, and footprint of the agent to meet strict reliability and efficiency targets.
- Define and track product KPIs including adoption velocity, deployment success, crash rates, and detection coverage.
- Represent Teramind in technical architecture conversations with OS vendors and ecosystem partners.
