Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C product management (EdTech, FinTech, subscriptions, or consumer SaaS).
- Track record of moving retention, engagement, or conversion metrics.
- Must have shipped a product or feature using AI tools within the last 3–6 months.
- Strong technical understanding of systems, APIs, and model trade-offs.
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to work fast and navigate ambiguity with minimal process.
- Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, and Vercel.
- Portfolio or demo of something you have built and iterated on with real users.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end parts of the learner journey, from discovery to enrollment and learning.
- Drive improvements in learner retention, conversion, and engagement metrics.
- Translate product requirements into technical conversations with engineering teams.
- Iterate on product features based on real user feedback and usage data.
- Manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
