- Own FINN’s Earned Wage Access product globally, including disbursement and collections of large transaction volumes
- Lead experiment driven improvements to our user facing flows and backend payments processing systems
- Work closely with Data, Engineering, and Risk teams to evaluate, tune, and iterate on algorithms and decision logic
- Support in-market teams with platform improvements that enable scale while reducing financial and operational risk
