Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production software.
- Proven experience on platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing teams.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and GitOps delivery (e.g., Helm, ArgoCD).
- Experience owning and managing an authentication/authorization system.
- Excellent project management skills (breaking down, estimating, and sequencing work).
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to influence beyond a single team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for the Web Applications Platform team.
- Own shared services, including authentication/identity and configuration.
- Oversee the build and deployment path for customer-isolated environments.
- Drive cross-team architectural efforts to improve engineering efficiency.
- Define engineering standards and guardrails for utilizing AI coding tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the team roadmap and project estimation.
