Responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by providing exceptional and timely customer support
- Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers via an inbound phone queue
- Highlight investment returns through ad performance metrics to demonstrate value
- Handle escalated clients using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
- Adapt product recommendations and handle objections regarding advertising solutions
- Research and draft proposals using internal AI tools (Chatbench)
