Requirements

  • 9+ years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP or similar in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to implement holistic talent plans for attraction, development, retention, and succession.
  • Experienced in collaborating with COEs, regional/global HR leaders, and senior business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across the employee lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of US employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex situations into action-oriented formats.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with proficiency in people analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Workday knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating near and long-term business objectives into scalable people strategies.
  • Execute the full talent management lifecycle, including organization design and compensation, for a population of 300+ employees.
  • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Identify organizational needs through data analysis and employee feedback, proactively addressing talent and culture gaps.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive solutions in talent acquisition, L&D, change management, retention, and DEI.
  • Champion global talent priorities and support the rollout of performance management, workforce planning, and compensation processes.
  • Partner with the People Success team to ensure data accuracy and leverage people analytics for actionable insights.
