Requirements

15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in complex, global technology organizations.
Significant experience leading a global PBP organization and building high-performing teams.
Expertise in Employee Relations, including sensitive investigations and complex employment decisions.
Proven experience partnering directly with C-suite executives.
Deep expertise in organizational consulting, effectiveness, executive coaching, and workforce planning.
Strong business acumen and ability to assess executive capability.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate organizational risks and opportunities.
Outstanding executive presence and emotional intelligence.
Sound judgment and integrity in navigating sensitive people decisions.

Responsibilities

Define the strategy, structure, and operating model for the global PBP and ER functions.
Build high-performing PBP and ER teams through talent development, coaching, and hiring.
Serve as a strategic advisor to XLT members on complex functional leadership and organizational decisions.
Develop a deep understanding of Affirm's business to anticipate enterprise-wide organizational and talent needs.
Partner with XLT on workforce strategy, including talent deployment and the use of technology and AI.
Guide leaders through organizational change and design models that clarify accountability.
Provide executive oversight on sensitive ER matters, investigations, and conduct issues.
Use ER data and trends to identify organizational risks and strengthen management effectiveness.
