Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically supporting engineering, product, or design functions.
- Proven experience supporting a global engineering organization with hubs across the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Extensive experience coaching executive leadership and managing complex employee relations.
- Deep understanding of tech and SaaS concepts, product lifecycles, and team topologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across complex multi-country organizational matrix structures.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on business-first HR solutions.
- High data literacy with experience interpreting workforce analytics and financial data.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multi-layered projects.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and executive coach to EPD leaders (VP+), translating engineering roadmaps into talent strategies.
- Diagnose business challenges to design scalable team topologies and agile operating models.
- Lead multi-quarter headcount planning, skill-gap analysis, and talent density strategies across global tech hubs.
- Drive cross-functional change management initiatives across global locations.
- Leverage workforce analytics to identify root causes and deliver proactive organizational solutions.
- Translate global EPD priorities into regional North American impact while ensuring compliance.
- Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver regional people solutions, including talent acquisition and development.
