Requirements
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
- Proven experience partnering with, influencing, and coaching VP and SVP level leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using employee data, engagement metrics, and headcount models.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS or fintech organization.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and solve challenges at scale.
- Excellent judgment regarding sensitive people data, restructuring plans, and escalation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with G&A SVPs, VPs, and Senior Directors to design and evolve org structures that scale.
- Lead organizational design initiatives end-to-end, including diagnosis, stakeholder alignment, and change implementation.
- Drive consistent performance calibration processes and build leader capability.
- Use engagement data and qualitative signals to proactively address organizational health risks.
- Advise on company-wide people programs including compensation cycles, leveling frameworks, and engagement initiatives.
- Apply an analytical, data-driven lens to measure outcomes and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
