Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of successful, above-quota sales experience, preferably in regional or enterprise sales roles focused on endpoint security or related cybersecurity solutions.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the competitive security technology landscape.
- Proven experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, MSPs, or other managed service organizations.
- Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience developing partner-centric go-to-market strategies and translating partner capabilities into compelling commercial offerings.
- Strong organizational, forecasting, reporting, and program management capabilities.
- Experience supporting or developing sales enablement programs in a rapidly evolving and highly competitive market.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and maintain momentum from concept through launch.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and take ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new strategic Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and managed service partners and develop relationships that generate sustainable revenue.
- Co-develop differentiated, revenue-generating security service offerings with strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities to position security solutions effectively against competitors and communicate the value proposition to partners and customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the cybersecurity competitive landscape, including endpoint security and managed security solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product, technical, marketing, sales, and partner teams to develop service offerings, launch plans, and supporting content.
- Own program management and governance for managed service offering launches, ensuring initiatives meet established technical and operational standards.
- Develop accurate weekly forecasts for MSP/MSSP revenue within the assigned territory and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSSP decision-makers and other strategic channel stakeholders.
