Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of experience in clinical research.
- Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience preferred.
- Immunology therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management and clinical site management.
- Understanding of clinical trial planning, management, and metrics.
- Knowledge of local and international regulatory environments (ICH-GCP).
- Effective communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned protocols, linking Country Operations with the clinical trial team.
- Manage project execution, including feasibility, site selection, recruitment, and study close-out.
- Ensure trial compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company quality standards.
- Monitor study performance by reviewing reports and escalating issues to internal management or vendors.
- Lead and train local study teams, including CRAs and Clinical Trial Coordinators.
- Develop and execute local risk management plans for assigned studies.
- Collaborate with functional outsourcing vendors, investigators, and regional/HQ functions.
- Represent the company to investigators and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.
