Job Details

2+ years of hands-on paid social buying experience across multiple platforms.
Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Experience with Snapchat or Pinterest.
Experience managing paid social campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets ($600K–$1.5M+ per month).
Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, pacing, bidding, targeting, and QA.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bids, and optimizations to support performance goals.
Execute campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Conduct thorough campaign QA across campaigns, ad sets, ads, targeting, budgets, creative, URLs, and tracking.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal paid media team members on campaign builds, planning, reporting, and optimization strategies.
Pull and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
Support weekly and ad hoc reporting, utilizing Excel or Google Sheets.
