Requirements
- 5+ years of travel experience with booking and managing itineraries
- Expertise in booking, payments, deposits, and working with suppliers
- Excellent customer service and executive-level communication skills
- Native or perfect English fluency
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth and C-suite client relationships
- Self-starter capable of working without oversight
- High emotional intelligence for service recovery
- Strong critical thinking and proactive communication skills
- Experience with Safari Portal, Tern, Travify, or Fora (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Take inbound travel requests and interface with clients to gather their preferences
- Work with luxury clients to book all arrangements (flights, hotels, cruises, packages)
- Input all bookings into itinerary and commission-tracking / CRM systems
- Reconfirm every detail as the trip approaches
- Be on-call during live trips to handle any issues in real time
- Help design workflows, connect CRMs, and identify API automations to make the role more efficient
