- Ability to work a Saturday through Wednesday schedule.
- Availability for consistent coverage from 6 AM Saturday through 8 AM Monday US Eastern Time.
- Must submit a 1 to 2 minute Loom video introduction with application.
- Must provide a short writing sample demonstrating a conversational tone.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or concierge services is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for travel research is a plus.
- Knowledge of airlines, loyalty programs, and booking systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with travelers via WhatsApp to provide personalized recommendations and support.
- Respond to incoming client inquiries within 10 to 20 minutes.
- Coordinate reservations for hotels, car rentals, and other travel logistics.
- Verify all booking details including location, timing, currency, and amenities.
- Research hotels, restaurants, and attractions using AI tools and online sources.
- Curate destination guides and collaborate on social media travel content.
- Resolve travel disruptions such as flight delays and cancellations proactively.
