Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Project Management role.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high volume of simultaneous, ongoing projects and competing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to rapidly acquire in-depth product knowledge.
- Experience collaborating with back-end engineering or integration teams to ensure seamless product and system functionality.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite), Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce (preferred).
- Working knowledge of various project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Rocketlane).
- Practical experience with technical SaaS software configuration and managing integrations (preferred).
- Familiarity with hospitality systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, roomMaster, or Maestro (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer implementation process as the primary point of contact, ensuring adherence to the project timeline and a smooth onboarding experience.
- Drive project execution by collaborating with the project team, ensuring the timely completion of key deliverables and milestones.
- Organize and lead effective internal and external project meetings, including scheduling and preparation.
- Manage all project documentation and refine internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Revinate's product suite, advising customers on maximizing value.
- Validate and ensure the correct implementation, integration, and functionality of all project technical components.
- Resolve technical product issues encountered during implementation, including hands-on back-end configuration and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with third-party Property Management System (PMS) vendors to acquire necessary integration details.
