- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects.
- Ability to manage and filter workflow, prioritizing workloads to maximize productivity.
- Strong knowledge of account management and invoicing processes.
- Highly creative with the ability to contribute to studio output.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Understanding of agency-client integration and service delivery.
- Experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the smooth running and high-quality delivery of projects across the region.
- Monitor project progress, budget burn rates, and profitability, taking corrective action as needed.
- Govern project setup, execution, and documentation to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, including conducting 1:1s, training, and professional development planning.
- Collaborate with regional resource managers to assign briefs and resolve project escalations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly regional reports to track performance against global targets.
- Oversee financial tasks including PO approvals, cost estimates, and invoice management.
