Requirements
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proven ability to manage and filter complex workflows while prioritizing workloads.
- Knowledge of account management, project invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong ability to integrate with client-side teams while maintaining agency service standards.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to studio output.
- Proficiency in English.
- Agency, communication, or production industry experience (preferred).
- Basic understanding and interest in AI technologies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee regional project management, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with global PM processes.
- Manage project financial metrics, including project margins, burn rates, and profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, including overseeing PDPs, succession planning, and training.
- Conduct line management duties including 1:1 check-ins, performance management, and recruitment.
- Collaborate with resource managers and other departments to resolve escalations and ensure project briefs are appropriately assigned.
- Lead projects when required, ensuring budgets, scopes, and timelines are agreed upon and maintained.
- Coordinate with the Global Head of PMO to drive process improvements and team efficiency.
