Requirements
- Proven creative strategy experience at a performance-driven agency or in-house team with measurable results
- Deep UGC and influencer expertise used as performance levers
- Strong scriptwriting skills and comfort shaping video content from concept to final cut
- Data fluency with metrics such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves
- Team leadership experience with the ability to operate autonomously
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with constant iteration
Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels
- Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content that convert
- Lead and mentor a small team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors
- Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content, working with both in-house teams and external creators
- Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data and turn insights into creative iterations
- Build winning frameworks and maintain a library of high-performing creative approaches
