- Advanced experience with goal, KPI, and metric tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Experimentation team, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and revenue opportunities.
- Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation.
- Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post-purchase experiences.
- Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver optimization initiatives.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, insights, and performance analysis.
