Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with deep focus on social and creator engagement.
- Experience within games, entertainment, or a culturally-driven consumer brand.
- Proven track record in brand building and community development beyond simple install metrics.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agency partners.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple channels and markets simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to setting KPIs and interpreting performance metrics.
- Fluency with European market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional adaptations.
- Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Builder's mindset with the ability to work independently and hands-on from scratch.
- Working knowledge of French or another European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with brand and performance marketing integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the European marketing strategy and its execution across priority markets, beginning with the UK and France.
- Lead specialist agency partners across social, creators and events by setting strategic direction and brand vision.
- Own and steward the regional marketing budget, allocating funds across channels and markets based on performance.
- Build and run an always-on social and creator presence, maintaining brand consistency across European markets.
- Plan and deliver marketing support for major content moments, coordinating brand, creative, social, events, paid media, and user acquisition.
- Partner with the global marketing team to align regional efforts with the wider brand while adapting for local culture.
- Establish KPIs to measure traction, report on performance, and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategy.
