Requirements
- 1+ year of direct, hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Proven experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings.
- Prior customer service background.
- Near-native written English proficiency (9+/10 self-rating).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Ability to use Canva or Photoshop for basic image editing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks from multiple stakeholders.
- Reliable time zone overlap with US Eastern time (minimum 3–4 hours per day).
- Proactive communication style with the ability to handle pressure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Amazon listing health, flagging issues such as Buy Box loss, content violations, and inventory alerts.
- Respond to Amazon customer messages and manage the support email inbox within 24 hours.
- Maintain pricing accuracy and consistency across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and international marketplaces.
- Perform Shopify store updates, including product information, imagery, and promotions.
- Execute basic image editing and content support using Canva or Photoshop.
- Conduct supplier research on Alibaba and 1688 to build vendor comparison reports.
