Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Specialization in technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features.
- Strong understanding of lean and agile development principles.
- Ability to influence and lead both internal and external teams.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to design scalable technical solutions while identifying business gaps and requirements.
- Experience making architectural decisions based on trade-offs and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to define project approaches and scope work.
- Design solutions for complex workstreams and present them to client teams.
- Define architecture principles and standards, communicating and justifying design decisions.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to internal team members on solutions.
- Stay informed on latest technology trends to guide internal and client strategy.
- Ensure solution work is appropriately estimated for scalability and best practices.
