Job Details

Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing customer relationships at the technical and business level.
Ability to present solutions and demonstrations to small and large audiences, virtually and in person.
Experience interfacing with product and engineering teams to enhance documentation, enablement, and feature sets.
Experience developing application code with an understanding of developer challenges.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
Must be fluent in English.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Experience with Docker, container ecosystems, Agentic AI development, or Software Supply Chain Security is strongly preferred.

Work with Docker’s most important customers and cross-functional teams to accelerate container and AI journeys.
Engage with customer teams to gather technical and business goals, creating and managing engagement plans.
Oversee design partner rapid prototyping engagements with engineering and customers to validate product-fit.
Develop and deliver custom demos and high-impact enablement content for audiences ranging from developers to C-level executives.
Act as a thought leader for a specific area of responsibility and correlate field feedback into prioritized requests for product and engineering teams.
Work directly with product and engineering teams on workflows and feature alignment prioritized by revenue impact.
