Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer, sales engineer, or solutions architect.
- Proven hands-on experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake or Databricks), including writing and tuning complex SQL.
- Demonstrable experience delivering data integrations via secure warehouse shares, REST APIs, or file transfers.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics), including object models, field mapping, and sync logic.
- Deep fluency in healthcare claims or real-world data (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, PLA, DRG, NPI, and site-of-care logic).
- Expertise in technical narrative building, holding technical conversations with both data engineers and executive leadership.
- Daily working proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for building and agentic workflows.
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating RFPs, architecture patterns, and enablement documentation.
- Experience surviving security reviews and negotiating data use agreements.
- Strongly preferred: Background in MedTech, diagnostics, or digital health vendor environments (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva, Komodo, Definitive Healthcare).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design by mapping customer environments (CRM, warehouse, identity spine) to their commercial data needs.
- Turn complex data sets into commercial insights, addressing coverage, latency, identity resolution, and patient journey questions.
- Own data delivery into customer environments via Snowflake Secure Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, cloud object storage, and APIs.
- Manage technical, methodology, and governance sections of RFPs and security reviews, including SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.
- Enable demo environments with fresh data templates and persona-specific paths for various stakeholders.
- Own the technical narrative for AI, addressing grounding, access control, and governance to support agentic workflows.
- Institutionalize tribal knowledge by creating discovery guides, training materials, and repeatable architecture patterns.
