Requirements
- Have 6+ years of data engineering experience.
- Have significant experience supporting ML or AI workloads.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python.
- Be proficient in at least one JVM or systems language.
- Have deep experience with modern data processing frameworks such as Spark, Ray, or Beam.
- Have hands-on experience operating petabyte-scale storage and pipeline systems.
- Experience with large-scale multimodal datasets is preferred.
- Familiarity with data quality tooling and dataset evaluation methodology is preferred.
- Exposure to privacy-preserving data systems and regulated data handling is preferred.
- Open-source contributions to data infrastructure projects are preferred.
- Experience supporting frontier model training pipelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate large-scale data systems that power AI training and evaluation pipelines.
- Ingest and transform data for training and evaluation workloads.
- Ensure data quality and lineage across data systems.
- Deliver data at high throughput to training jobs across diverse modalities.
