Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or a traffic/production coordination role.
- Demonstrated experience building or improving intake and workflow systems in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Asana or a comparable project management platform.
- Strong organizational skills and a systems-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex workstreams for leadership.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and push back constructively when needed.
- Comfort operating in an environment undergoing process and tooling transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the marcomm team's intake process to ensure project requests are scoped, prioritized, and routed appropriately.
- Reinforce the Growth team's operating rhythms by adapting shared cadences like prioritization reviews, sprint-style planning, and status syncs.
- Manage integrated project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules in Asana.
- Produce clear, structured status reporting for marketing leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across Corporate Communications, Client Marketing, Creative, and Content.
- Identify and escalate risks, resource conflicts, and scope creep.
- Support program-level prioritization by maintaining a portfolio view and flagging capacity constraints.
- Develop scalable standard operating procedures and workflow documentation.
- Drive the adoption of Asana and project management practices across the team.
- Spearhead technology transformation initiatives and partner with leadership to foster team culture.
