Requirements
- 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally creation tools, editors, or content surfaces.
- Data-informed decision-making skills and quantitative analysis capability.
- Strong product judgment, prioritization, and systems thinking.
- Experience partnering closely with design on craft, visual quality, and long-term vision.
- Strong AI fluency, with comfort using AI tools daily.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep experience with online content creation.
- Experience operating with high ownership in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own core publishing surfaces including email editors, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify product opportunities and lead initiatives from conception through successful launch.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales to align product and go-to-market efforts.
- Measure product impact and establish clear goals for the product space.
- Develop a POV on industry strategy to guide company direction and product evolution.
