Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four (4) years of project management experience, preferably in financial technology or enterprise software implementation.
- Experience leading implementations for financial institutions.
- Proficiency with project planning and project management tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify challenges and implement solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills to motivate team members and drive project goals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate deliveries of the company’s online banking platform and ancillary services.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent small to medium-scale client projects across various scopes.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource coordination.
- Consult with clients to translate requests into actionable items.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to facilitate implementations.
- Provide proactive status reporting and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Assemble and lead status meetings for key project stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Professional Services team.
