Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or conference production.
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale third-party conferences and in-house flagship events.
- Experience working within third-party event infrastructure, including agencies, vendors, and sponsorship logistics.
- Strong proficiency in managing complex exhibit logistics and sponsor deliverables.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong judgment in identifying and flagging project risks early to keep programs on track.
- Familiarity with how events support revenue goals and pipeline contribution.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–30% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different event programs.
- Interest and curiosity in using AI tools to improve efficiency and work impact.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution for major security conferences including RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, and AWS re:Invent.
- Manage sponsorship logistics, including exhibit planning, booth design coordination, and on-site event execution.
- Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as speaking submissions, digital placements, lead retrieval, and co-marketing activations.
- Maintain detailed project trackers and planning calendars to track dependencies and flag execution risks early.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Revenue, and Field Marketing to support event strategy and post-event follow-up.
- Collect and report event performance data including booth traffic, meetings sourced, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide operational support for flagship programs like VantaCon during high-volume production periods.
