Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of progressive compensation experience, including analysis and administration.
- Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple countries or geographic markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and job architecture.
- Experience managing or supporting annual or semiannual compensation review cycles.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of global compensation programs, policies, and practices.
- Maintain the organization’s job architecture, including job families, career levels, and market mappings.
- Manage two annual compensation cycles from planning through budgeting and system administration.
- Perform complex analyses related to pay positioning, salary range penetration, and internal equity.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent compensation application.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership to support workforce planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to HR Business Partners and managers.
