Requirements
- Hands-on experience in stock plan administration or equity operations.
- Deep knowledge of RSUs, stock options, performance-based awards, and plan controls.
- Experience supporting public-company reporting, share-based compensation, audits, and internal controls.
- Ability to manage equity platforms, HRIS, and payroll interfaces.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, including experience with large datasets and reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial and employee information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational risks.
- Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor.
- CEP or comparable professional qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of RSUs, stock options, and other equity awards, including grants, vesting, exercises, and settlements.
- Coordinate new-hire, promotion, retention, and annual equity refresh events.
- Maintain accurate equity data across platforms, HRIS, payroll, and brokerage systems through regular reconciliations.
- Partner with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, and Mobility teams on withholding, settlements, and cross-border equity matters.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for equity expense, audits, internal controls, and regulatory filings.
- Apply relevant securities, insider-trading, and operational control requirements.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding equity programs and taxation inquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of equity processes and controls during global scaling.
