💡 Responsibilities

Write breaking news stories based on company announcements and third-party content
Aggregate third-party content using smart news judgment, adding insights from and contributing to Reorg’s extensive collection of databases
Support a team of experienced journalists, financial analysts, and lawyers
Adopt Octus’s editorial standards, workflows, and processes in a timely manner
Be all-in on the company’s AI roadmap by writing earnings and other intel using our proprietary AI tool
Provide crossover support between regions when necessary in order to provide 24/7 coverage
As needed, help monitor domestic press releases, SEC filings and other sources for key and topical developments. This support will ensure Octus is the first to unearth information on sub investment grade credit markets including high yield, distressed debt, and restructuring situations
