Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, or project management.
- Experience working in healthcare or health tech environments.
- Exposure to provider, payer, pharmaceutical, or value-based care models.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting implementations involving EHRs, data integrations, or clinical workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation process for new strategic partnerships.
- Own discrete workstreams or phases within larger implementation programs.
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across clinical, product, data, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
- Maintain detailed project plans, ensuring tasks, owners, and deadlines are clearly defined and tracked.
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or delays with recommended solutions.
- Maintain implementation trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support PMO operations.
- Prepare status updates and materials for internal and partner-facing meetings.
- Document partner-specific workflows and learnings to support future scalability.
