Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or another highly rigorous analytical environment.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience building financial models, conducting business analyses, and developing data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify key issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and strategic information into clear, compelling recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience developing polished presentations and executive-level materials for senior leaders, boards, investors, or clients.
- Strong project management skills and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both executives and cross-functional teams.
- High level of ownership, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to identify, structure, and solve high-priority strategic and operational business challenges.
- Drive strategic projects from initial problem definition and analysis through recommendation, decision-making, and execution.
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct financial modeling, business analysis, quantitative assessments, and data-driven research to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, translating business objectives into actionable priorities, analyses, and execution plans.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, executive communications, board materials, investor materials, and other strategic deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure initiatives progress effectively from strategy to execution.
