Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Fluent English and German.
- Working experience in data analysis, including working with large datasets and data quality management.
- Experience in business analysis, such as writing requirements and data mapping.
- Experience in business process optimization (simplifying/automating processes).
- Knowledge of agile project work or agile working methods.
- Understanding of the financial service industry, banking products, and accounting.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze as-is processes and data, write requirements, and perform data mapping.
- Formulate rules and criteria for data validation and resolve data quality events.
- Simplify and automate business processes to eliminate manual tasks.
- Set up, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art solutions and data management workflows.
- Lead sub-projects and smaller project teams as responsibilities grow.
- Collaborate within an agile environment on banking transformation projects.
