Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm, specifically in Strategy or Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and sensitivity analysis.
- Expertise in creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to think in hypotheses and drive independent work in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear narratives.
- Full fluency in English.
- Comfortable working with products based on uncensored AI models and content.
Responsibilities
- Own analyses end-to-end from problem framing to data modeling and final presentation to leadership.
- Turn ambiguous business questions into actionable hypotheses and data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks by designing and implementing improved processes.
- Coordinate special projects and prepare strategy documents, performance reviews, and investment memos.
